Mission
Our mission is to build BetterHuman: a consumer-first technology platform that helps people interrupt unconscious patterns and replace reactive behavior with conscious, intentional choice—at scale and in near-real time.
At the core of the platform is EnergyOS™, a proprietary human operating system designed to support sustainable behavioral change by working with how humans actually function under pressure.
What We're Building
Most personal development tools are built around reflection: journaling after the fact, talking about the pattern later, or learning more about why it exists. But insight is not the same thing as transformation. Millions of smart, capable, self-aware people still find themselves anxious, people-pleasing, overreacting, shrinking, or repeating old relationship and career patterns under pressure.
BetterHuman is solving that gap between understanding and actual behavioral change.
The Opportunity
The opportunity is large and growing. The global personal development market was estimated at about $48.4 billion in 2024, the global mental health apps market at about $7.48 billion in 2024, and the broader global wellness economy reached $6.8 trillion in 2024. BetterHuman sits at the intersection of those worlds, but with a differentiated entry point: real-time behavioral change tools for young women 22–35, with parents, mentors, and loved ones as a powerful gifting and word-of-mouth acquisition channel.
Our Difference
BetterHuman is a new kind of growth platform powered by EnergyOS — a proprietary framework made up of 125 tools, or “codes,” designed to interrupt old patterns in the moment they activate. Instead of offering passive content, BetterHuman gives users something they can actually reach for when they are triggered, spiraling, self-abandoning, freezing, or about to make a fear-based choice. We are starting with young women 22–35 because this is the window where patterns can be rewired earlier, before they calcify into decades-long defaults. In many ways, BetterHuman is emotionally intelligent finishing school for the inner life.
Use of Funds
We are raising funding to bring BetterHuman fully to life: to build and refine the product, launch the first user experience, and get these tools into the hands of the people who need them most. Funding will support product development and UX, mobile/app build, waitlist activation and user acquisition, content and thought-leadership infrastructure, and the operational support required to move from founder-built methodology to scalable platform. In plain English: your support helps us turn decades of proven work into an accessible tool that can reach far more people than one-on-one coaching ever could.
